The spice level is way stronger than the usual grocery store packets, which I actually love on cold mornings. It dissolves clean in hot milk with just a quick stir, no clumps at the bottom. Only thing is I wish the bulk pouch came with a scoop.

I was skeptical about the coconut nectar but it gives just the right amount of sweetness without being cloying. Mixed with hot water it's genuinely creamy, and the warming spices come through even with a splash of oat milk. Became my 3pm ritual embarrassingly fast.

The ground spices are front and center here—it tastes like a proper masala chai, not a generic sweet mix. I just whisk it into hot water and it’s frothy enough to pass for café-made, with the coconut nectar giving it a gentle finish that doesn’t cloy.
