適應 - 散裝茶葉

I was skeptical about the whole adaptogen thing, but a cup of this after work genuinely takes the edge off my afternoon slump. The blend of herbs tastes lighter than I expected, not bitter at all, and I've been sleeping better since I started drinking it regularly.

The earthy aroma alone slows my racing thoughts before I even take a sip, and the clarity that follows about twenty minutes later is remarkably steady. I’ve switched my afternoon coffee for this and the circulation boost feels like a gentle reset without any jittery crash.

The herbal flavor took a few cups to get used to, but by the end of the first week I noticed I wasn't clenching my jaw during afternoon meetings like I usually do. Steeping it for about four minutes seems to be the sweet spot.
