I was skeptical about loose leaf since I usually just grab a teabag, but this actually tastes good enough that I look forward to it. Bloating has calmed down a lot since I started having a cup most mornings, and my skin's looked clearer too.

I've been drinking a cup after dinner for about three weeks and the bloating I used to get every night has basically disappeared. The loose leaves need a proper infuser or they'll sneak through, but the taste is smooth enough that I don't need to add anything.

The loose leaf blend steeps into a really smooth cup, and my bloating has noticeably calmed down by the second week. It’s become my favorite part of the morning routine, even if the earthy taste took a couple days to get used to. My skin’s looking clearer too, which I didn't expect from just a tea.
