I was worried "sticky" chai would just mean messy, but it dissolves into hot milk with almost no stirring. The golden agave gives it a soft sweetness so I've stopped adding honey like I did with my old loose-leaf blend.

The whole spices actually come through — I can taste the cardamom and clove instead of just sugar like most chai mixes. The agave keeps it gently sweet without being syrupy, and a spoonful stirred into hot milk is now my nightly ritual.
